We ask that all guests respect the private and peaceful atmosphere of the spa. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session. As there will be no staff present in the spa area, it is important to always keep the space clean and respectful. Please read our spa use policy for more details.

Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes, you may reschedule your booking up to five days prior to your original scheduled session, subject to availability. Requests made within five days of the booking date cannot be accommodated. Sessions can only be rescheduled once.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least seven days prior to your original scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within seven days of the booking date are non-refundable. Rescheduled sessions are non-refundable.

Essential vs Signature: What’s Included?

Both sessions include private access to all spa amenities for two guests, with robes, slippers, towels, and complimentary water provided. You may add up to four additional guests and request extensions, subject to availability.
The Signature session includes additional indulgent touches such as handcrafted mocktails and fruits, use of our in-house body scrub, body butter, and body oil, plus a keepsake bottle to take home.
